Essence can provide a bartender who will set-up the bar and provide service for the evening including general bar set-up and clean-up. Bar menu and additional pricing will depend on bar items served. If required Essence is able to provide all bar accompaniments (water, soft drinks, juices, ice, straws, napkins, etc.) We are also happy to provide wine selection services, private custom wine orders & sommelier service.

We use only the best possible ingredients, local and organic as much as possible. We make food in small batches using traditional and modern food techniques. Please advice us of any food allergies. Vegetarian options available upon request. Some items may change based on seasonal availability. We are also pleased to provide servers, rentals and complimentary wine pairing suggestions upon request. Price does not include catering coordination fee and HST; delivery charges may apply.
