What an outstanding performance in every way from the sensational meal served with such style and panache to your constant attention to detail. The staff was stellar, the hors d’oeuvres SO delicious and so unique, the meal out of this world in flavour and appearance, the dessert equally special, and the
service didn’t miss a beat. I would be happy to write a testimonial for your website, but I couldn’t find a place to submit one.

Not just one or two, but several of our friends were “over the top” with praise. There were so many compliments on the quality and deliciousness of the entire meal, the level of service, the style with which your staff served the meal and the general happiness level of your staff, never flustered, always smiling and willing to go the extra mile.

We are so glad we hired Essence to cater our wedding. Our 75 guests were really pleased with the variety of food. We’re still hearing about the fabulous bite-sized morsels from our friends and family.

The servers were well versed with the menu and that they were able to inform our guests, and there was something that appealed to everyone, even those with special dietary needs. Very impressive management by Jason, who was on-site, throughout the busy night.

Jason helped us prepare the menu and there was ample food, and even a bit left over for us to munch on at midnight!

Hands down, it was delicious food and outstanding service and I would recommend Essence to everyone.
